I understand that I am required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to one day of dog boarding or one month of horseback riding lessons in order to secure my booking spot.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) or horse(s) while my dog(s) or horse(s) is/are attending walks, pet sitting, training, or any other activities with Allieway Farm. l assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, associated with my participation in this service. I also understand and agree that in releasing my dog(s) or horse(s) under the care of Allieway Farm, Allieway Farm has relied upon my representation that my dog(s) or horse(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog or horse. I further understand that due to the way that dogs and horses interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur.

 

While my dog(s)  or horse(s) is/are in the care and custody of Allieway Farm, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Allieway Farm, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog or horse. I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own pet or horse insurance.

I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless Allieway Farm, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my dog(s) or horse(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my dog(s) or horse(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Allieway Farm for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage.

I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of all forms completed by me.

 

Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every dog. The Allieway Farm reserves the right to permanently remove a dog or horse from our services at any time, with no refund.

Our prices, policies and services are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. We require 48 hours notice of cancellations for our dog boarding services and 30 days notice of cancellations for riding lessons, horse training or horse boarding. In the event of a cancellation without the specified notice, clients will be responsible for paying the full invoice amount for their scheduled stay or lesson/training package. Exceptions and charges are applied at the discretion of Allieway Farm.

Upon admission for services, you acknowledge awareness and acceptance of the terms and policies referenced above.
