We offer private and semi-private riding lessons and freelance coaching focused on developing confident, balanced partnerships between horse and rider.
Grounded in compassionate horsemanship and correct biomechanics, our program blends classical and modern techniques to help riders of all levels to refine their skills, improve communication and reach their individual goals, whether in the show ring, or on the trails.

Thrive and Ride
Thrive and Ride is a harmony-focused coaching program, designed to help riders and handlers to deepen their connection with their horse and build trust in their partnership. Through thoughtful groundwork exercises, reflection exercises, and mounted sessions designed to improve harmony, relaxation and responsiveness, we work to build better communication and confidence for a calmer, more connected ride.

Balanced in the Bridle
Balanced in the Bridle is a rider-focused fitness and wellness program designed to improve strength, stability and balance both in and out of the saddle. Combining Pilates, functional strength training and equestrian biomechanics, this program helps riders move with greater harmony, posture and control - enhancing performance, confidence and comfort with every ride.

Pilates for Para Riders

Pilates for Para Riders is an adaptive fitness program created to help riders of all abilities to build strength, mobility and body awareness through Pilates-based movement.
Designed by a para rider, for para riders, this program focuses on improving stability and coordination, supporting confident, balanced riding and a deeper connection with your horse.
