Each 60-minute session blends Pilates, mobility, and functional strength training to help riders improve posture, stability, and coordination in and out of the saddle.

One on One Biomechanics Assessment and Rider Fitness Session
Personalized program based on your riding goals, asymmetries, and biomechanics. Offered in-person or virtually.
Work privately with Brittany to identify asymmetries, strengthen your core, and refine your body control for better communication with your horse.
Each session includes a mounted riding assessment, an unmounted conditioning session and a follow-up customized fitness plan.
Sessions can be held in-person or virtually, and are ideal for riders who want a personalized approach or are working toward specific goals in the saddle.

Rider Biomechanics and Rider Fitness Clinics
Includes mounted biomechanics assessment, unmounted Pilates session, and personalized exercise plan.
Experience the complete connection between rider and horse through a combination of mounted biomechanics coaching and unmounted Pilates work.
Each clinic includes an individual riding session to assess movement and balance, followed by targeted Pilates training to build awareness and strength where it’s needed most.
Available to host at barns across Ontario and beyond.
