Balanced in the Bridle’s Rider Fitness Classes are designed specifically for equestrians who want to ride with more strength, balance, and confidence—both in and out of the saddle. These classes blend Pilates-inspired core work, functional strength training, mobility exercises, and rider-focused movement patterns to help you develop the athleticism your horse needs from you. Each session is intentionally crafted to improve posture, stability, and symmetry, with exercises that directly translate to better biomechanics in the saddle. Whether you’re working on a more secure lower leg, a quieter upper body, or deeper core engagement, these classes support every rider in building a stronger, more connected partnership with their horse. Led by certified coach and equestrian fitness specialist Brittany Fex, Rider Fitness Classes take the guesswork out of cross-training and give riders a structured, supportive environment to make meaningful progress—one workout at a time.
